They're not in any road that interests me, (NS and CSX), but I've been known to succumb to impulse, and if I'da had the jing, the old lady wouldn't be talkin' to me right now, 'cause the MKT would've come home with me. :lol:

Jim had these out on the display rack and the WP was sittin' right next to a new CSX SD70MAC, so I got down on one knee to observe this "GAP" thing that everyone is bitchin' about. Yep, it's there, but to my eye, it would not keep me from buyin' one. I don't really know what the difference is that makes the ACE sit higher than the MAC, but prototypically, the ACE is higher. Might be a difference in wheel size?

At any rate, I bought the 2 cars that I went to get, a premier NS High Cube, and the Railking Pittsburgh's Holiday Homecoming, which has a neat picture of the old PLE station on it. (This is now Station Square in the 'Burgh). $37 for a premier High Cube is a pretty good price, considering the detail these cars have.

My vote for classiest new diesel of the year would go to MTH's GMD Demonstrator!!! WOW!!! I missed out on purchasing one and now they can't be found anywhere. :evil:
I would have opted for a 2/3 version without the swinging pilot!!!! :shock: :shock:
