Yes. One was a kit that I built for a review and the other I think just another one built for "fun"

I was in a good place when I did this one....

The Oyster Boys are meeting since Dagon has risen...down at the Four Winds Where Mr. Lovecraft is serving up a tasty brew.

I like the "live in" or "used" look. It doesn't appeal to everyone. but weathering and other enhancements really bring a model to life. Nice!

Terrific structure with an interesting stove-pipe. Love the nails on the rolled roofing.

Thanks; sort of a recreation of one that we had at the parent's garage and just brass soldered up. Got enough brass tubing for years of projects.....

Love the nails on the rolled roofing.

Paper product -- nice stuff that looks pretty good. Print all that I want/need!

Rufus, the gent working on the roof, and the tarpaper/shingles he is working with, is of course like nothing I remember seeing on any model setting. In my limited experience. Excellent.

Thanks! Everything is so static generally that I like to include lots of little scenes and events to make them a little more interesting,

So I was down at the IPMS National convention this past weekend and spotted this in the display area:

So what do ya think's in there? Gold bullion? Looted art works? The Ark of the Covenant? Whatever, it definitely has a hands-off look about it.

It might have been some smart aleck's entry in the "WWII Armored Converted Freight-Wagon" category, thereby assuring himself a first prize. Whatever, it looks well done.

Yes, welcome back!

Healey - did you run into my brother-in-law Aris? I think he was IPMS president a while back.
