Need help logging in

For some reason I have been locked out of this forum on my desktop computer. I have tried many times to log in to no avail. Attempts to notify an administrator have gone unanswered. Now, the only thing that I can get is shown below. Reading it seems a bit harsh!

OGR forum?
I have no problem signing into https://ogrforum.ogaugerr.com/.
Some folks have reported that OGR blocked them without warning.
