Engineer of BNSF coal train failed to steer the train around a barge on the tracks.

Caroline Davis, an environmental specialist with the Iowa DNR, says as hard as it may be to imagine, the freight train collided with a river barge shortly before midnight on Saturday.

The people living in the little houses are dead. I doubt the dead appreciate such a nice place to rest their bones.*
*You might be interested in what King Solomon said bout the dead.
Ecclesiastes 9:5, 6
4 There is hope for whoever is among the living, because a live dog is better off than a dead lion. 5 For the living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing at all, nor do they have any more reward, because all memory of them is forgotten. 6 Also, their love and their hate and their jealousy have already perished, and they no longer have any share in what is done under the sun.
Written by King Solomon before he died in 931 BC.

SSA FUN
Moving is such fun. Like changing my address with SSA. I was amused with their estimate of how long it takes them to send an email.*

I attempted to time this process but ran into a problem. I clicked, [SEND] to receive a security code. started my stopwatch, and moved to my email (that was already open). Email window opened with

already in my inbox. Elapsed time, 5 seconds. I was unable to click-click-click fast enough to see the email show up.
