More Flat Cars?

Here is the track cleaning car. There are just "bins" where any kind of block or roller can reside. shown here is a wood block with #320 wet sandpaper, coated with Wahl oil, and a roller to soak up the excess. Works, sort of. If I neglect the rails long enough they have to be hand-cleaned.
