I've heard from two builders that importing (even building a product) is much different now since covid arrived. One, 3rd Rail, seems to be able to get their models on a pretty regularly basis and besides the recent GP-7/9's, they have a 2nd run of F units that is either at the dock or arriving within days. Scott even emailed a link so you can follow the ships progress from port to port.

Scott's awesome, but even his Amfleet and Viewliner cars arrived a few months later than promised.

Here is the latest. Note that none of the sycophants have chimed in to berate the disgruntled and/or curious

If I were a reservation holder I would be very concerned by the post that said "Apparently 2 craftsmen on the SD40-2 project have quit". Are craftspeople capable of building Kohs-quality models easy to find?

Also, I see that someone created a "bob3" account on NK and made a pro-MMW post in that thread. Did that "bob3" account just show up for that thread?

I concur with the skeptics, plenty of cause for concern with MMW. Covid or no Covid, the world is getting things done, although with delays. I think allowing your website to go stale is a real blow to credibility. I think one OGR poster mentioned Erik was too busy with his "day job" to keep the website up...........WOW........that's scary.

I sure would love to see photos of the finished models. They need to be featured photography that's mind blowingly good like the models will be in order to create demand for them; if not for future sales or models to come but to show off just how spectacular they are, best ever. I'm so excited to see the models. They will be so amazing.
