We used to add silicone to vinyl paint at a small sporting goods plant I worked for in college. The silicone had the consistency of honey, was 100% clear, came in an 8 oz container and cost about $150 for that 8 ounces (1973 dollars, about $1K in 2021). We would add this to 5 gallon paint cans, approximately 1/4 tsp per 5 gallons. This wasn't to thin the paint but to change other properties like surface tension so it would coat vinyl foam better.

Silicone is not that easy to "thin". I've seen a lot of YouTube videos posted by garage magicians adding almost anything they could get their hands on to "thin out" 100% silicon caulk for casting purposes. Mostly fails. Even the success's are "failures" IMHO. The grad students in our research labs did a fair amount of PDMS casting and it isn't easy. They had to make up the mix, degas with a vacuum pump and then anneal/bake the stuff to actually make the molds. Usually took 24 to 48 hours from start to finish.

I watched this guy's video on basic silicone cut molds for resin casting.

He has an entire series on various casting techniques. I learned a lot in about 20 minutes, mainly how I am not going there.

Both of the above really belong in the How Stupid thread,

Now there is an old sign,

And for reasons unknown, this seems a popular sign:

Never been to Hooters so I wouldn't know what it is. But if I did go I would probably be distracted enough not to care.

But since you asked I found their beer list.

I guess if you go to Hooters and are eating the hot wings they advertise and sucking down some of that $hit the bed hot sauce anything will do to wash it down and maybe dilute it so it doesn't burn so bad on exit
