Gag me

So, here's a good idea. Let's destroy a Lionel 646. Grind and fill, then use 80 grit sandpaper to "finish it for painting". Pay special attention to the steam dome while we're at it. And taper the boiler WAY down as it approaches the smokebox, too, and that Belpaire shape.
Not even sure it started life as a 646 as claimed.
Compare:

Again, any shipping would exceed value, unless you need this for the section of your museum to show how NOT to do it.

Offer him -$22......
Evil cannot create anything new, it can only corrupt and ruin what good forces have created or made.
Re: Gag me
It's a Bellaire, not a Belpaire, that's why it's so rare.
Once I built a railroad, I made it run,
Made it race against time.
Once I built a railroad, now it's done --
Brother, can you spare a dime?

Hey now. I'm from Bellaire (Ohio) and NEVER saw anything like that around town.

Is that from your personal collection?
Nope. Merely an example.
Ah. I was wondering why it was drool-free.
One does clean their toys, or they quickly have no one to play with....

Wouldn't know, personally, altho I have read that it's more difficult to keep the leather clean.
Amazing the extraneous data one can find on the algore.
