Nope. It is one of a kind.

Pretty sure that's exactly what this it - maybe had origins of something more reconizable underneath of it all when it was started, but almost certainly no prototype, and not a commercial product.

At one time in the early 1950s I had a catalog published by Varney of what seemed to be parts for everything they made. I thought that by using parts from this catalog many different locos could be made that were almost like others but not quite. Could be a possible model that someone just would like to have. The experts here don't recognize it so it is probably a never really was.

It was made by Joseph Figowitz Mendenhall on the 30th of February in his tree house workshop on the isle of Arlyeh through a number of thurmatological manipulations and modifications.
