Marty! I do have a great picture of this year's tree. I could send it to Jon to post. Jon and I are in weekly contact.

And Rufus, I believe it might have been the Japanese who bombed Pearl Harbor. The sad thing is our side knew all about it and allowed all those poor deluded boys to die.

Rufus, I've always had the gut feeling there is something you never liked about me. True or false? No reason not to be honest.

By the way, as most of you know, my real name is Eric Green from Belfast, Maine. In the last 5 years I've been accepted by the art world after 45 years of rejection. Very odd. I'm Kelly Harris on FB where I post hundreds of model railroad photos. Join me if you like. I share everything with everyone. Kelly Harris is a character in LIVECELL.

Now that would wrap up the holidays in style!

You might have looked that up since that was a quote from the movie "Animal House"; character played by John Belushi.

I don't know you well enough to like/dislike "something".

BTW, I enjoyed reading your book (one of the few that I've actually bought this century) and found it entertaining, would like to see more of your work here more frequently, and to have you more active here.

No sweat, Tramp...much prefer hearing from you than receiving stuff from you. Hope all is well in the big house in Maine...if I ever get back up there, I'll look you up.

Tramp, You are an artist, and artists are always placing new challenges in front of themselves.
May we see, or would you simply tell us about, some of your more recent triumphs ?
Murph
P.S. When I Google your name, with "artist," the images that are presented are amazing and intriguing, especially the ones that present as pictures of you.

When you first told us about the book "LIVECELL" I bought a copy from Barnes & Nobles. I had to order it because they didn't have any in the store. Interesting read.

I also remember you telling us the story about a squirrel at your place that was almost like a pet that you had been putting food out for it. I have several squirrel's around my place that I feed. Corn and black oil sunflower seeds.

Twelve LiveCell Clues For the Allegory as the Second Coming

The blue jay is a symbol of the holy spirit witnessing His birth, so He is essentially named because of the appearance of the spirit.
Their initials (JC) are the same.
Jay heads into the wilderness with doubt and loss; God talks to him and tells him what to do.
Baptism by sweat lodge.
6 days to create the phones same as 6 days to create the Earth, one day to rest.
6 disciples instead of 12. Twelve would be too complicated for the reader to follow.
Jay runs the money changers out of the temple when he evicts Wendell Alden.
3 temptations of Jay:
Mary—sex, love, and children
Sammy's death—despair, quitting, safety for his people
Brignolia's offer—supreme power and control as well as his life.
Mary is the Virgin Mary. Her initials (MM) are also Mary Magdalene.
Duncan is Judas, and Jay knows he will betray him. Jay knows that the only way to save LiveCell (the word) is through his death. This is why he won't allow himself physically to love Mary.
The phone is the Word of God, the teaching of God through increasing people's awareness of truth.
The phone is the host formed from the body of Christ, Jay's brain cells.
The infusing is the power of God creating life and wisdom.
Jay never swears.
Jay has doubt in the hallway.
Jay dies between two thieves
The last scene is the Pieta, the Virgin Mary holding the dying J to her bosom.
Jay is resurrected through Mary.

Thanks Tramp and Jon. That sure is beautiful. I love the cat too. Looks like a lynx.

I really appreciate the picture!

It has intrigued me that in years past, there was always a bevy of posts: "Tramp when are you going to post pictures of the tree?" and shortly thereafter a post would appear containing an image of a giant tree,
sequestered way in an elegant house in the far northern reaches of Maine. I watched patiently for them to appear as in years past, but no requests were made and no photos were posted, just a silent "Bah Humbug!" I don't know who if anyone was tasked with making the first request, but no one oblidged Tramp with a request for pictures, and thus a Forum tradition passed away like our lost lamented benefactor Mr. Lango. Sad circumstances indeed!

Rich

And thus the magic has occurred again. Thank you Jon and Tramp!
