Thanks!
Trust me, we have plenty. In fact, the TCA Eastern Division Meet at York is this week.
There'll be enough schlock there to sink a battleship.

If a 'Yorkie' won't buy it, it's unsaleable...

Sixty bucks seems a bit rich, but who knows, I've been away for awhile.
I might take a swing past York this week...need to get the hell out of the house.

Maybe it will stop raining for a while, too..........

Paul, now if we could only arrange to get our friend Murph to York.

Tell him he's in danger of an eminent bear invasion of NJ and that the only safe place is in York.

Re: 3 Rail Doorstop
It would be great to see Murph at York again, George. I always enjoyed checking in with him.
What are you after this time through? I've got nothing on the list other than a Hornby LNER coach for Sarge. That said, I always seem to drag something home with me.

The bear threat is overrated...infestation by wolverines would be far worse.
Re: 3 Rail Doorstop
Well, Murph should be more worried about the NJ Devil.
I am selling a few things and picking up 2 switches, a blinking red LED for the bridge, and a bunch of GarGraves pigtails. Other than that, I am not looking for anything in particular. Of course, if a 3rd Rail PRR Decapod in great condition and at a good price crosses my path...

hmm. Standard (partial) 1688. Must have made 100K of them. When sold, they came with a tender. In typical evilbait practice, tender is available for more money.
60 BIN with a tender is a push, without, well, he gets to buy a knife and fork and eat it.

Re: 3 Rail Doorstop
I was able to make one trip to York in fall of 2010 to help a friend sell stuff in the Orange Hall where I met Murph, Sarge and Hev to name a few that are still active onMTJ (except for Hev unfortunately). I visited every building. Looked at a lot of stuff. Talked to a lot of people. I enjoyed thw trip and seeing so much stuff. Scenic Express got more of my money than any other seller. When I got home my wife looked at what I brought into the house and wanted to know if I needed help getting the rest of it in. She was shocked when she heard that I carried it all in in two bags. She even more shocked when she found out how much money I brought home with me compared to what I took. Oh, it was all my money that I had been working for with a music store and had been saving for a York visit. I am not really a collector in the respect that I must have certain items. I had more stuff than I could run anyway. I even surprised me by not buying things I always thought I wanted.
But I did enjoy myself and I had FUN. The only reason I would visit again would be to meet with some of the MTJ denizens. The chances of this happening are very unlikely because I don't drive much anymore and don't fly because I don't like the airport security waits.

Roger,
Seems to me you find out what you DON'T need, shortly after you buy it.
