True. However, the original poster gave up on his original inquiry.

The original poster gave up when cars started running around in circles on the 4th post. Who started the drifting :?: Someone who doesn't like his threads drifting.

Sorry, Hondo74. I didn't mean to throw off your question(s) about Forum Moderator2. I looked around, but got no answers myself, except that they joined on July 15.

Not that big a deal Roy. It did not appear anyone had the answer so I really didn't care.

It did present a few questions but I'm not sure that we'll ever get any answers.....

Y'all weren't paying attention? I splained this before. Here, I'll try again.

An asterisk (*); from Late Latin asteriscus, from Ancient Greek ἀστερίσκος, asteriskos, "little star") is a typographical symbol or glyph. It is so called because it resembles a conventional image of a star.

This thread is about stars. The thread name is "*****." It is pronounced, "Stars." Y'all should be talking about stars.

Here is a star, a YouTube star, asking, "Y'all mind if I praise the lord?" > https://youtu.be/ETbOX50t0kw

As for the original unanswered question, Murph hit the nail on the head.

I know what an asterisk and that's not what I was referring to at all - you've apparently forgotten that the original intent and title referred to the addition of a new moderator.

Maybe you need to go get a PET image of your amyloid beta plaque distribution checked out and maybe look into your level of APOE, too.

He and his partner Mel were one of greatest pairs of stars yet.

THE HAVE FUN THREAD:
OK, so we have a new name here and a newly dedicated purpose for the subsequent postings on this "new" thread. Cool. It will be very, very , very interesting to see who can be FUN.

Thank you for the PET image Murph.

But that is not my style of pet.

I had a pet Mohave rattlesnake but when it reached only 3 feet in length it proved to be stronger than me, which caused some concern when I moved it from a dirty cage to a clean one. It would wedge itself in the old cage, open its mouth, extend its fangs and overpower me as it muscled its way toward my face. It was also my wife's pet, she was the one who asked, "can we keep it?" when I picked it up in the front yard and brought it into the house to show her. She agreed we should turn it loose when she saw what it was doing.

I still have the Cat from Hell.
Image

Cat from Hell loves dogs, usually ripping their noses open when they approach her. Once a dog got her by the head after she had swiped his nose with her claws.
Image
She healed and continues to be an attack cat to this day.

I have a pet scorpion.
Image

Footlong spiders (this one is so heavy its web can barely support it.)
Image

A giant centipede.
Image

Other snakes:

And of course, my yard is only planted with plants that are either poisonous or have vicious thorns.
Image
I accidentally got my boots in the picture. I kind of like the boots being in the photo. They are size 12 and allow a comparison to the size of the fishhook thorns on the cactus.

 That was so funny I almost fell off my chair laughing.

Just in case anyone does not understand Rufus, he was suggesting I have Alzheimers.

The PET image Rufus is talking about is Positron Emission Tomography in Rufus land and my amyloid beta plaque distribution, if I have any, is the plaque involved in Alzheimer's disease. ApoE is Apolipoprotein E, the principal carrier of cholesterol within the brain and one form of ApoE, ApoE4 allele, is associated with increased risk of atherosclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease and impaired cognitive function.

I like the colorful cactus. Your boots, for whatever reason, look blue - which I like. Where are your elephants? Everyone wants more elephants.
