Trailing truck is Lionel....mounted backwards. Varney/A-N drivers....neat valve gear pointing back towards the cab...

What isn't broken seems to be A) poorly thought out, B) poorly executed, and C) poorly maintained.

Just look at the shipping.

The photos are so bad it's hard to tell for sure. But:

It ALMOST appears to be a Lionel 726/736 boiler, heavily ground down and modified (turret cover?) and parts added.
Would explain the 726/736 rear truck.
