NS SD80MAC 7205 (ex CR 4109) leads 35A westbound through Duncannon, PA on the eastern end of the Pittsburgh line.

With the sun just rising above the mountains, a trio of NS GE helpers grind upgrade w/ 236 through Northfork, WV on the Pokey.

The black & white photo with the Berkshire reminds me of pictures one would see in the late 40s early 50s in Model Builder or Toy Trains magazines.

The kids were in town and we headed to Station Square in Pittsburgh. We caught the Monongahela Incline (funicular railroad) up to Mt. Washington.

Here's a double-stack train passing under the incline while we ascend.
