If we look on p.91, we could say that, but....uh... you certainly picked up the baton and went with it. So, we have two distinguished leaders who know how to stimulate conversation (and manage to do so without aggravating anybody else with deliberate negativity and contrariness.) Nice.

Marriage is two way. If the widow's sister marries her deceased brother-in-law, the deceased has also married his widow's sister.
Since the deceased cannot say, "I do," the other party to the marriage must show that there was intent to marry prior to death.
There are fewer problems in a marriage when one of them is dead.

Sounds like one for the courts and estate lawyers.....would the divorcee be considered a widow? I would think only the second would be considered a widow, but there is probably some precedent somewhere!
