At one point I owned the one Jerry White built. Glenn Davis owned it before me. I want to say Jerry built it for Sam Sachs...

He had features of the T1a and T1b mixed in that model, and the cab profile needed help, but my God it was a horse! Lovely mechanism too.

I also want to say Mashburn cast the trailers for Jerry. I bought the trailer I used for my B&A A1a Berk from Jerry, must be twenty years ago now.

Hello all ... the meet was filled with
Folks today .... O Scale is alive and well
Judging from the meet in my book...things were moving off the tables to happy new owners .. including doorstops. The layout tours are great to see another's man's passion for the same hobby and his willingness to share it with like minded folks.
Glad Dan found his dream machine ..I was able to add a few new bricks ...an Adams / Siebers B unit ... that has just been mechanically over hauled ... it runs !!!! A Baldwin E7 that also runs...fun time demonstrating outside 3rd rail ... met many new people who seemed happy to see the vintage O Scale pieces ...The Hill family did a great job running the show ... still time to head there tomorrow.... plus several layout tours lined up in the afternoon.

Hi jay. I missed this but having a 3 hour wait at the airport allowed me to catch up. You are a very nice man even though I have no idea who that Dan is. I hope you get an upgrade to a bedroom for the trip back. I’ll bet you’d love my ERJ 145 jet at your height.

I think the Tsunami decoders are fantastic. Very dependable and easy to install, I’m in the process of installing one myself this weekend in my SW1. The Loksound decoders are far far far better I’m told and have them also in different models; I elected to go Tsunami this time due to availability of free time; I had time this past weekend I didn’t know I was going to have until last week and the Tsunami was available at Caboose Friday night. Ok Poor planning on my part I guess if I would have had my act together I would have been able to order a Loksound that I was recommended and use it. This business of little new born care really drains your time and planning skills. Sleep is nice!

Wish I could have made it too the show, someday it will work out.

Love the magazine Dan, excited to see the next issue. I’m hopeful OST will be as good as it was before. Keep up the great work.
