The usual stuff for Thanksgiving. Brined the turkey as usual.
Christmas is our occasion for local food. Chistmas tamales will be on the menu this year. Sweet spiced carne with dried cranberry in masa and wrapped in corn husk.
"8 big crabs, dozen fresh organic artichokes, 4 mini loaves of fresh sourdough, salad stuff, white wine and beer in the cooler. Getting some pies going. Setting up a picnic table outside because its supposed to be another 75 degree day."
Some eat to live. These guys live to eat.
