I want to know about this "dehydrated water".
What process was used?
What is left after the process is complete?
I suppose it is activated by pouring water into it and stirring.???

Long weekend of National Guard training. Came home and sat in the front yard with my son to see the first fireflies of summer.
This song was playing on the radio in the garage...........

June 9 is . . . . . Donald Duck Day

Jon:

Those are always the best moments, mate.

This weekend I built the structure and my wife did the gardening on this project, bringing a little bit of English garden to Pennsylvania for the Lady of the Manor's birthday.

Whether the front steps or the garden, a Quiet Place shared with those you love is the most precious place on earth.

"Seven Bridges" adds to it, doesn't it...

Very nice, Sarge!
My wife has been green thumbing it as we'll.
No trellis seeing as I had a bit of a mowing mishap last summer!

Climatis on both sides of the arbour with petunias shading the roots, a little rose that you can't see in the photos, some Morning Glory starting to sprout, and I have absolutely no idea what the rest of it all is.

Like most old retired soldiers, and to quote the Duke of Wellington, "If there is anything in this world of which I know absolutely nothing, it is agriculture."

...and speaking of old soldiers and agriculture, Jon must now tell us all about the "mowing mishap".

Jon...you need to put the grass catcher on there if you're going to use the mower to vacuum the pool...

Now if that was a Wheel Horse, all you'd have needed was the mower deck engaged and you'd have crossed the pool like a hover-craft.

Simples.

Hey Sarge...didn't Churchill do that (made history as a journalist)? You know, that whole Boer War thing...

No, he only used being a "journalist" to get there (and a few other places early on).

Read "London to Ladysmith" and "Ian Hamilton's War", his accounts of the Boer war and you will understand the quote (which is also his, by the way).
