Thanks, anything I need to be aware of? I've never seen or used these before. Pull well, naturally noisy or quiet, etc?

I realty had no problems with the few that I have/had. I do not remember anything about the noise level as I usually operated in a club/show environment. One thing though, unlike a Wagner or Q-car with a worm drive, these will freewheel a short distance and not lock up upon loss of power. Note that I wish that I has an equivalent Wagner truck to offer as a trade. Good luck with your project.

Thanks for the advice, Dave. I'm thinking motorized flat car, ala YVT A.

That would be the proper truck to use. Somewhere I have center-cab flat motoor with a set of Pittmans under it.
