Counting 4 trolleys there.....what inner city transport used to be.

"The Block" was a pretty interesting place at one time. I recall it was pretty standard fare around here to close out a bachelor-party evening of hooting and hollering with an hour or two on Baltimore Street. I haven't been there since the late-1970s or early-1980s, but I can tell you it was a bit more gracious than it appears to be today. Back then it was heavily patrolled by BPD, which tamped down the muggings and harassment; today, if you look an easy mark, you'll likely get your head stoved in or worse.
