Nice. What mod's did you make? MTH loco's usually pull pretty well. Nice drive train, nice shells, it was the electronics that gave me fits!

It may not be important but the real ones usually pulled one car and had trouble with two.

I had thought about one but the cost to two-rail it stopped me.

I would have thought it might be easier than that and that suitable replacement wheelsets might be available from NWSL.

I was thinking primarily about the power truck modifications. And at the time (I was mainly trolley and still am, I guess) I did not know much about NWSL except that they existed. I have since bought a set of wheels from them to convert a Lionel modern hopper with rotating roller-bearing caps to two-rail. I wish that all "aftermarket" products did their intended job as well and as easily as those wheelsets from NWSL! Everything fit perfectly.
