Right over the paint nicks, chips and scratches.
The puzzling thing is the (apparently) pristine side, main and eccentric rods, with the upper valve gear rusty (RH side) AND the "decor" wires rusted (boiler handrails).
Did someone remove, wire brush, clear the parts and not do them all?
$70 + $20 to ship with no bid option and no tender....uh, no.

Wrong trailing truck. Does not have the Baldwin drivers. Boy does it shine!

Yes, but it doesn't explain the wrong trailing truck.

And those drivers are ugly. Never liked them on any locomotive. They really do make the engine look like a toy.

I always hated those 4 wheel cheapie trailing trucks. Had several engines that came with them, got proper 2 wheel trucks and fixed them. I still have a couple of the 4-wheel units in a box.
Didn't like the change to the cast in dummy coupler on the nose, either. Swap the cylinder block or grind it off.
Some I left, but my coupler conversions have to cut through it anyway.

Never liked the high headlight smokebox fronts. All mine were changed to center headlights almost before the 225E boiler conversions.

Seller included his phone number in the photos -- that's a sign that he's probably willing to sell it for less if you negotiate a deal with him directly, off of feebay.
