Notice if you will the entire top assembly is GONE. Yellow, has two air tanks, yada yada.
You can see the remains of one of the mounts still stuck in the top of the hood.
Ya know, if you're actually looking for a 614, you sorta WANT the torpedoes on top, right?
Did someone drill the antenna mount out? I suppose they get the C-7 from the red cap jammed over the rear stack.

I have found TCA standards to be relatively meaningless, even at TCA-sanctioned events like York. I have seen items described as C-7 that looked like they'd been attacked with a ball peen hammer, shedding two thirds of their paint in the process. Generally, if they ascribe a TCA condition standard to something, I suspect it's in rough shape.
