Happy Friday!

Been traveling the last few weeks, but I'm home now.

Coal is still serious business in Pennsylvania, as evident by a seemingly endless string of coal hoppers wrapping around Horseshoe Curve in Altoona, PA

NS Dash-9 9543 leads westbound 23M under the 227 intermediates in Fostoria, PA. With the signal replacement now just a few miles away, this will probably turn out to be my last visit to these classics

A pair of BNSF SD70 variants lend a splash of color to an otherwise dreary day as they lead eastbound 732 through Mableton, GA.

Very dramatic angle on NS Dash-9 9543. Really evokes the poser of these monster engines.

Nice shots Christopher...that Southern unit is sharp.

Blitzed York this AM, the schedule was tight. Picked up this Flyer station:

Passed on the station and a couple of other items early, went back to look for them and only the station remained...dang it! I saw a lot of guys hauling standard gauge out of the halls, which surprised me.
