We seem to be at a place in time where it is getting necessary to specify the century when we talk about " last" or "turn of".
Most of us are old enough that we still think 19th to 20th when turn of the century is mentioned or 19th for last.
We sort of overlook the change from 20th t0 21st century and the last century is the 20th.
I need to think about it especially when reading anything published recently.

I support thread drift.
