Last one is still 2349, other two are re-numbered (prototypically) to 205 and 210. All three are postwar, not FD or MPC (you can tell by the lip on the chassis direction). 2349 still has a mechanical E unit, the other two have two different versions of QSI reversers. All run just fine, front two recently serviced (like, this week?)

Nice.
How did you get a mechanical e-unit and two different electronic reversers to work together?
Wait, maybe you didn't, just posed for the photo. ?????

Carefully. As in, lock the mechanical into the direction you want it to go then cycle up the other two.

One had a broken light and shell mount at one end. Ordered one out, installed it last night, new shell screws for both.
Today I took one motor clear apart, greased the thrust bearings and cleaned and oiled the armature bushing in the bottom, and wire wheeled (fine) the worm to get any residual garbage out.
Re-greased and assembled, then reversed QSI ACRU to one unit, so they now run back to back.
One unit had fixed (dummy) couplers, but all the springs, washers and T-bars were correct for operating couplers...the new couplers came in the same shipment as the light/shell mount, and they are installed now and function as they should.
Perfect.
