The weathering on your rolling stock/engines is very well done, subtle. I think that's why it works. Is it airbrushed? Do you have any "tips" you'd care to share?
Moving on to the 1:1 equipment. Was the weather as menacing as it looks or did you use filters/post processing to make it more so? It's very dramatic.

Chuck,
The weather was pretty bad on that morning 611 ran. I did use a graduated filter to bring out the clouds a bit though.
I've been weathering the rolling stock & engines using chalks. Still working on perfecting it

Christopher,
What company made the locos in your layout photos?
I never quite know how to ask that anymore.
We used to ask "Was that made by Lionel/American Flyer/Marx/ETC but most
of the sellers today are importers and not makers it can get confusing.

Nice catch Lucas! And super sharp image. It might blow up to poster size very nicely.

Notice the door latch/lock? It used to be black. And what is that on a chain next to top of the door? It looks like a railroad padlock.
Nice video of ETR 108:=>
https://youtu.be/wegZjoS3VmI shows 108 with silver door latch and the padlock on a chain.

My one "railfan" photo subject on my recent trip to the Lancaster, PA. TCI phone show was taken in a rest area on I-81 in VA:

The owner name is in shadows. Who owns it?
