In the last two weeks:
Numerically correct NP Geeps, both with QSI reversers.
Never had a 226E, always wanted one, and today this one showed up. Trying to find the drawbar, probably in a box.
Custom painted EARLY all wheel drive NW...straight cut gears, speedometer cable driveshafts.
Under the skirts.
Later, I'll put up some more photos of the over 300 feet of GarGraves, all the GarGraves and Ross switches...oh, and one old POS ROW.

Found the drawbar in a box of stuff, cleaned and installed.

Yes, two-rail.
I am getting close to sorting out all the rest.
I now have 400 feet of straight, cleaned of ballast GarGraves track, bundled in ten section units.
Not counting the neatly curved sections saved as such, nor the boxes of shorter sections.
51 switches, all cleaned of ballast.
Bags of pins for the GarGraves.
A big fruit box of 14 gauge wire.
Two All-Trols.
A big 3/4" ply board with two 24VAC, 275VA transformers and a plug strip, to replace the current ZW for the All-Trols.
Three rail track cleaning car (Northeast Trains) and cleaner solution.
Sorting through boxes and bags of parts...and all the scenery stuff, ground foam, plaster, sifters, dyes, not even sure what's all there, no time to look, and several boxes of all the building bits left over from him building false fronts...so I can have false backs.

Cleaned up the old grease in the Geeps, cleaned the commutators and brushes, lubed them up, they both run just fine.
Last night I got Bill's first 675/225E conversion (of many), I ground the feedwater heater off 25 years ago and glass beaded it. Has a SHORT tender, NP, of which I have two more in the pile of stuff. I will get a photo later, I think he put an ACRU in it and filled the e-unit slot. Counting the General and the old Walthers gas-electric, I think I have 30 engines.
Once the two new fluorescents are installed next week or so, I will start in on the turntable/engine shed area, then the new double tracked main along the outer wall, then the main yards.
