Thanks, Sarge.
I like the paint scheme.

Neat picture Sarge. Is the nose door painted black or just missing?
My memory is terrible and getting worse, but ie seems to me there is a pair of F7's in Gettysburg running on a Gettysburg Scenic Railway or some such. Pretty sure they are painted yellow!

Rich, the door is open, actually, a great way to get some air in those stuffy cabs. Open the nose, the access door in the cab, and open the side windows. In olden days we used to crack the nose door and prop it with an MU cable on those things.
Gettysburg Scenic has long been shut, the agonising death the result of the crownsheet failure that rewrote the steam rules on tourist roads in the US. Not too many years ago, Pioneer bought Gettysburg Railroad and recast it as Gettysburg and Northern. No tourist operation anymore, just a quiet, heads-down, hard-working shortline today.
I've only seen the three units I mentioned for a number of years, now. At one point there was at least another cab and a booster on the earlier Gettysburg Railroad, and possibly another Geep or two. I don't know if they might still be there, wherever they shop their power, but I have only seen these three for several years now.

The FP9 was unknown to me before this...I learn something every freakin' day around here.
