4 1/2 pounds, sans tender.
For those of you who haven't seen this on the "O Gauge Forum": I bought this for under $50.00, to use as a display item, then decided I'd like to run it.
Couldn't get it to function properly (not having a "TMCC" system) so I gutted all the fancy electronics and run it on straight DC; smooth and quiet.
