The SMR locomotives were jewels, true works of art, but eeeyyyowww the prices were out of my galaxy.![]()
Indeed - to have a truly accurate scale 4-4-0 of generic Rogers origins it's probably going to cost more than what almost all 3-rail modelers will be able to accept having had "Generals" in it's place forever. I have 1 SMR 4-4-0, the PRR engine and I wish that I had gotten a 2nd but that would have shattered my budget; I had to liquidate a good number of cars, etc. to afford just the 1.
