York this week...who's going? Thursday's been lopped off the schedule...might be interesting to see what that and the crappy economy does to attendence.
Jeff(pennsy484) and I will be heading up tomorrow with low expectations
Recent efforts to rejuvenate this place seem to have flat-lined...
While I appreciate your efforts and enjoy your content I’d agree it’s probably time to stick a fork in it.
and a buddy of mine that is a car salesman says he's only sold one pick-up in the last ninety days.
Trying being a wood flooring contractor when LVP has taken over the whole industry. Not good !
Not to go all "club car" here, but it might be time to buckle up.
Now that would liven the place up a bit.

October York is in the books...good show, quite crowded (at least while I was there). When I got down to the member halls at 0940 where registration/admission takes place, the line at the door stretched about a hundred yards out into the parking lot.
The main thing I was there to find was the three-car set of Flyer cars for the 1927 Jeffersonian set. I had reached out to a member who I've had good luck with in the past and he let me know he had two sets and would bring them along. I already had a 3015 motor I'd gotten from Trainz a couple years ago. With MIke's help, I was able to complete the set:

Found a few other odds-n-ends while wandering the halls, but I didn't have much time as I had a couple appointments back home late in the day. Left around 1330. Parking lot was still quite crowded. Maybe the Thursday drop was a good idea.

Paul, Looks like your trip to York was worth it. That looks like a really nice set
Looking forward to seeing it all running on the layout.

Glad to hear you got the web issues sorted, Robert. Sometimes computer problems are just painful (unless you are adept at dealing with them). I am not. At least it wasn't a hardware issue.
Those pics are very dark...let me try again in some better light.
