Norman Holman's layout, featured in the July 2016 Classic Toy Trains, is for sale. It comes complete with the house above it:

WOW A lot of work went into building that layout. It would be a shame to see it taken apart. I wonder if they will find a buyer for it. I didn't see a price for the house.

Simultaneously amazing and heart-breaking; it would be terrific if it goes to a like-minded hobbyist, but probably unlikely.

Nice layout but highly unlikely a buyer, even if they were an o scale enthusiast would just plop trains on the track and enjoy their new layout. Rarely do modelers share the exact same interest. I feel for her but I seriously doubt the new owners would keep the layout as is, if at all.
