I never made it out to Patterson to witness this incredible layout. Ben’s optimism is contagious. I wish you guys all the best moving forward.

I can imagine trying to find that size place post covid. Those types of buildings are turning into hi dollar mixed use apartments now.
I spend entirely too many hours a day tying my shoes

Real close to finding a new space Its a little smaller but excited from starting from scratch

Well we are a little closer to landing in the new spot We had to go before the town zoning board to get a variance as the new building is in a residential neighborhood. Now the seller has to take care of some environmental issues and we are good to go ANNNNND Yes its has a kitchen
