What is everything but the boiler shell worth since it's claimed to run? Parts value is?

That's where the problem lies.

Let's say you own a junkyard. You have a 24v generator off a 1944 Jeep. Is it worth something? Maybe.
All you have to do is find the "winner" who needs it.

Now, if someone needed to restore a plastic shell 1130, or even any other shell using the same motor block, then yes, there is a need.

The problem is, by the time a motor block is USUALLY in need of replacement, there is not much left of the shell....chipped, cracked, broken, corroded......and the quandary persists.
