How stupid is this. Let me count the ways.
Caboose. One entire end roof overhang gone, the other cracked and leaning down. End railings broken and missing parts. Looks like one truck showing corrosion, the other rust.
Box car. Cheapest 027 fixed door piece. I have given more of those away than I can remember. One fixed coupler. Value: Zero.
Gondola. Holy Smokes. Paint is useless. Sides are warped in. Frame is badly rusted, body overhang blown out and missing (exposing rusted frame). Trucks showing rust (and corrosion, while exposing the total lack of skill of the seller to take and publish usable photographs.
MAYBE some value to caboose trucks, depending on how bad the rust and corrosion is.
"Free" junk box at train show.
NOT $40.00 plus almost $17 for shipping. Shipping alone far exceeds any value.

Re: Value? Where?
Should start it at $0.99, but then cost of shipping it all exceeds reason. ?Yet, I'd wager that if it were started at $0.99 it just might sell.
Evil cannot create anything new, it can only corrupt and ruin what good forces have created or made.
Re: Value? Where?
TTOS used to have big monthly meets and I always went. It seems I must have seen a million of those small fixed door boxcars, was occasionally tempted but never did buy one. Too small to fit in with the rest of the train.
