Ballast weight for the bottom of your trash can?

Paint gone. Okay, glass bead and repaint, right?
EVERY steel piece is so rusted and pitted...what do you do?
Motor block looks like rust and corrosion inside. Even the bell (?) on top of the smokebox is rusted?
$40 + $19 to ship?

No. I'd have to clean the trash can.......

Only sells trains under a full moon? No, wait......lycanthropy is not tied to the full moon.
