again on TCA condition standards

Now, a MILW 2338 is fairly desirable, right?
So, C-6 is seller's grading on this.
From TCA: "C-6 VERY GOOD - Minor scratches and paint nicks, minor spots of surface rust, free of dents. May have minor parts replaced."

Note "replaced". You have to get down to C-4 to have "minor parts missing". I would guess horn or handrail, right?
NOT one entire end step/pilot/coupler assembly AND the entire fuel tank/battery cover WITH corrosion and rust on frame! Frame needs strip and repaint, under fuel tank and especially the pilot deck surfaces, and no idea if the front of the motor block to mount the new pilot is damaged.

Hopefully the new owner can strip all the parts off, mask it carefully, and respray the black before assembly, AND the paint doesn't craze. That is far, far past "minor scratches", and the parts are gonna cost a bit, and the labor to strip, prep and repaint...then it ain't original.
Forty Bucks? When you figure all the parts and work into cost?
Certainly NOT $150 plus shipping on a no-offer BIN.

I don't/haven't sell/sold on ebay but that seems nowhere close to a C6.
I have been selling at a local train show and have never sold anything
with parts missing. Something like that that I have seen for sale might
have been in the $15.00 -$20.00 range and would likely be marked as
having missing parts. But that is a live face-to-face procedure.

I support thread drift.
