All:
Has anyone had any experience applying static grass? Any recommendations for makes / models of machines? Types of grass? Etc.? I'm a totally newbie here and I'm thinking of trying something. However, I don't want to spend a lot of money on something that might not work for me.
Thanks,
George

Just as good a chance that what works for someone else may not work for you. I would choose a product I liked the looks of.....and if all else fails, FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS!

Make your own applicator. there is a ton of youtube vids on how to make one.

What little I have seen of it looked really nice. Part of it was installed using a ready made applicator and part with a homemade one.
I couldn't see any difference. It does look better than my old style type.
