Weekend Photos - 11/2/18

Postby christopher2035 » Fri Nov 02, 2018 8:35 am

Happy Friday!

Did a few little things on the layout this week. Didn't have much time. I'll be in Atlanta all next week, so won't be able to do much work on it again!
Picked up a 2018, plasticville tower & freight station when I was up in PA last week. Had both buildings when I was a kid, so I wanted to find a place for them on the layout. Also worked on the creek & surrounding area a bit.

You couldn't have a S curve like that in HO in the 1st photo.

Even in O if you are using larger passenger cars you might have a problem. Rule of thumb is a straight piece at least as long as your longest passenger car in between the parts of the "S". Obviously (and thankfully), that's not a problem for Chris.

I'm not really a fan of that curve, but I couldn't get the track to align w/o it. Since I'm running all PW stuff it hasn't been an issue (yet!)
