I do it because I enjoy it, building, painting, and photographing my models. Was trained in film making was going to work for Industrial Light & Magic in 2006 and stayed in Colorado. Regrets? Maybe turned down a great job working with the best film makers and special effects people on earth. But I sure do enjoy the trains it’s an excuse to do it in my front yard and on location on my beloved Moffat Subdivision.

Mind mindbogglingly good stuff Erik, IMO you've been a master of photo-modeling in 1:48 for a good decade now, thanks for posting these here.
I'm pretty sure, in this series, I like your D&StL 2-6-6-0's in B&W the best, seriously looking at them and thinking "Otto Perry."
Pretty humbling stuff, if I could ever land one of those models I might have to "change my religion."
