With lower ridership due to Covid it's nice to see them fix some of these issues.
Awesome video, you could even see a ghost of Amtrak's Crescent on the adjoining NS row, in between all the freights which were merely the headlights.

There's a video after that. Titled Merrick light locomotive shops. Those guys have some pretty cool toys.
To have the right to do something is not the same as to be right in doing it.
