I would almost consider a third choice....junk? This was listed a few weeks back, sold for $135.50. The buyer, from California, routinely buys stuff on ebay and relists it, of course at an inflated price. He'll slowly drop the price until it sells.

Au contraire! Collector's Item. If you let it sit around for long enough, it will surely collect dust.

Thing is, Folk Art sells, and maybe better than a nice model. Interior decorators buy the craziest stuff for crazier money.
