People see high prices on certain items and think everything is worth it's weight in gold. Crap is still crap.

Remember, whenever you see a preowned item for sale on their website then that preowned item has not actually sold at that price.

I mention this because (1) their algorithms automatically lower the prices of their preowned items that have been sitting on their website unsold for too long and (2) you probably won't see their greatest deals on preowned items because those greatest deals sell extremely quickly and then those listings are removed from the website.

I was just commenting on their perceived valuation of a basically inop doorstop B unit in comparison to a well decorated A.
You can see another example - a C&O PA- PB set, with a whole bunch of really good gearboxes - same offering price as the dirtbag PB.
