Quite high for an A-N 4-6-0....and then you add in....third rail rollers...added unknown sound card....switch hanging out the bottom of the tender.
Field wound motor, hand reverse, looks like a chuff trigger on engine bottom cover, can't say I've seen one of these with a cover soldered over the worm gear.
Paint is gonna need a lot of work around the edges.
Does look like scale flanges.
Just don't see 325 plus shipping there.
