"This is a very rare piece found not put together. The box has seen better days and has some water damage to it. All the parts look to be there but can’t guarantee. All the packages are stapled to the box. The instructions did get wet and are stuck to each other, I did not want to attempt to pull them apart I will allow whoever wins this to handle that. "
