MTH Pennsy 2500 HP Transfer Engine (dummy)

For some reason this is an impossible engine to find. So I scored a dummy version for $200. But... the dummy trucks are non-geared and useless. Next stop was Midge & Debbie at the MTH parts department.
Ordered, 2 motors w/gears, 2 geared trucks, 2 motor mounts, and screws. Total: $150 parts and shipping.


So I’m off to an awesome start! Now if there was someone out there that I could send the trucks to for wheel replacement.

Letter it for Trona Railroad.....and mail it to Jay to do his magic on the trucks......

Are you down with the off-center truck pivot and the flangeless trailing wheelsets?

When Jay 2 Rails the wheels I don’t see why the trailing wheels would need to be flangelass, but if Jay recommends it, then yes , I’m down with it!
