Change the handrails, fix the forward running boards, spoke the lead truck wheels, change the sand dome, move the bell....make a reasonable representation.

PSC used to sell spoked wheelsets, but I don't know if they are still available.

That slated pilot (no accident) looks like it as lifted off a generic PRR locomotive, perhaps you can find a similarly configured replacement part.

Yeah, if you weren't up for cutting out the vertical tubes on that Precision pilot, I'd take a Kemtron #40 PRR Standard and narrow the ends and fix/soldier ends plates down to the foot steps.
Not an exact match mind you as the N&W has 5 tubes whereas the PRR has 5 slats and has those extra vertical braces on either side of the center
but you're in for some surgery either way.
I like these 4-6-2's, wish they made more of them, they run well.
