There are internal roof members holding that curve and I'd rely on those and even add a few extra before wetting that roof which just might warp in every direction except the one you want it to go towards.

you may want to make a 'buck' of the roof curvature, carefully wet the roof wood and wrap it around the buck so it takes on its shape as it dries.

I've not made any of the MR kits, but I can't imagine the roof members being stout enough to hold the curve over time. how thick is it?
