The way Evilbait screws up their categories, it is nigh on impossible to catch everything. I am constantly modifying searches! That said, the seller has this one listed in "N" scale.

This search will get you anything listed as 'Locomotive Workshop' (presuming it is spelled correctly)

This as noted was listed in N scale - your search not seeing it in not a consequence of your search parameters, but the seller's ineptitude.

If you search O Scale 2-rail, you will miss a lot of stuff anyway as that might exclude listings w/o 2-rail in them that are in fact 2-rail items and many kits.

No. You need to set up several more specific searches, but neither that nor looking at O scale w/o restrictions (who has that kind of time?) will compensate for sellers that do not provide appropriate descriptions and titles and then also fail to put their listings in the appropriate categories. Has noting to do with eBay inherent idiocy; this is all on the sellers failures to communicate.
